Just a reminder to those of you attending on Thursday that our Easter raffle will be drawn. I have a few prizes at the moment (and many thanks for those) but if anyone is willing to donate one then it will be greatly appreciated. I’m sure that we will have a good night. Don’t forget that there will be ample time on Thursday to purchase another raffle ticket. Hope to see a good turn out.

I would like to thank everyone who brought a prize and everyone who gave their £pounds to make the raffle so succesful. Not everyone was a winner but I’m sure they don’t begrudge giving their weekly pound. The one thing that astounded me was that a certain Lodge secretary managed to have his ticket drawn out first yet again. I think for the Christmas raffle I should leave his tickets on the mantelpiece.
From next practice Dick Turpin will again be trying to get you to hand over your pound. We are attempting this year to make the prizes for the Christmas raffle even better than last year. More details about this will be forthcoming after the summer recess.
Once again thanks for making the raffle succesful and let’s make the next one even better.
