A recent Google search for the 1759 Ancient Ritual Demonstration Team website displayed not one but two such teams. A quick click on the link brought up a pdf with recognisable images of the Burnley & Pendle District Team along with UGLE logo. It all looked familiar but further reading revealed the team was actually based on South Island New Zealand. The group acquired a copy of a first degree ceremony practised in 1759 and performed their version of it on 1st February 2014 at the home of W.Bro Russell at West Melton nr Christchurch New Zealand.
I have made contact with the group and thanked them for crediting us with the image used in their District News Letter and wished them well with their ancient ritual demonstration team.
