Stirk House is a regular venue for Pendle Lodge Ladies Evenings, but its been a few years since we last visited. The House combines 400 years of history with contemporary, luxurious design, Stirk House has acted as an idyllic countryside retreat for visitors to the area for over 80 years, and if you choose to stay in one of their opulent suites or a Classic room, expect to wake up from a restful nights’ sleep to spectacular views and a first class breakfast.

Big thank you W Bro Bob Summers for the website advert and W Bro Ian Jackson for his part in organising our ladies night both myself and Deborah are looking forward to the night, Deb is working hard on her speech with a little help from me with the formal bit but the rest I am not privy to.
We are going to have a fantastic night and would hope as many of you who can be there are and if you are intending to come please let W Bro Ian Jackson know as soon as possible to aid me with the printing and so on.
Looking forward to seeing you all on the night.

Sue and I had both our previous Ladies’ Evenings at the Stirk House (2001 and 2006) and would recommend the venue highly. Book a room, get there early and enjoy the spa facilities (or just get a few sharpeners under your belt in the bar before the meal). That’s what I’m planning to do on 7th March!
Its been a while since we last visited Stirk House. Jackie and me had our ladies evening there in 2005 and pretty sure Walter and Terry did to. Its a great location and the food and entertainment is always spot on. Suggest you book into the Hotel as it always ends in a late night, and I can guarantee you will enjoy the breakfast in the morning.
Hope to see you there.
