Three brethren have been waiting quite a while for their Grand Lodge Certificates to come through and for the Lodge to fit in a suitable date for the Worshipful Master to present them. Brothers Gerard Thornton, Ian Duxbury and Ritchie Smith were due to receive theirs on Wednesday 12th October after almost 18 months in one case. The event was suitable worked but with only two of the Brethren in attendance, as Bro Ian Duxbury had an engagement with his daughter, who was quite poorly in Preston Hospital. No doubt he won’t have to wait too long to receive his.
